The product

Everything serves one loop.

This is the work that actually makes money — capture a lead, price it, schedule it, get a crew on site, complete the work, invoice, get paid. One system, built to move fast.

The foundation

The records everything hangs on.

Customers and Jobs aren't steps in the loop. They're the records everything belongs to — the two nouns every other feature attaches itself to.

Customers

The person or company you're doing the work for. Contact info, billing address, service locations, every job you've ever run for them. A Customer isn't a step — it's who the work belongs to.

Jobs

The single record a piece of work lives on. Every schedule, assignment, note, photo, invoice, and payment belongs to a Job — and every Job belongs to a Customer. Nothing floats loose.

Estimates live outside a Job — on purpose.

An estimate isn't work yet, so it deliberately stays out of a Job until it's approved. That's how the schedule only ever shows real work instead of maybes. When a customer approves an estimate, that's the moment the Job is created — scope and all, with nothing retyped.

The feature set

Built around the loop.

Everything that ships in the first release exists to move a job from lead to paid. Nothing that doesn't.

Lead Capture

Work comes in from a website form or office entry and lands as a real record immediately. A lead sitting in an inbox all morning is a lead that went to someone else.

Customers

One profile: contact info, billing address, service locations, full job history, notes, attachments. One record, one truth.

Jobs

The center of the system. Every schedule, assignment, note, photo, invoice, and payment lives on the Job. Nothing floats loose.

Dispatch Board

A visual schedule — assign and move work between crews as the day changes. Someone calls out, a job runs long, an emergency jumps the line, and the board absorbs it in seconds.

Field Experience

Receive the job, see what matters, update status, capture notes and photos, price the work, build the estimate or invoice, close out the call — with or without a connection.

Price Book

A categorized list of services, materials, and pricing anyone can pull onto an estimate or invoice in a few taps. Consistent margins, and the single source both estimates and invoices are built from.

Estimates

Priced from the price book and put in front of the customer on the spot. Approval turns it into a scheduled job with no retyping.

Invoices

Built on site, from the work actually done. Invoicing from the truck instead of the office three days later is one of the fastest cash-flow wins a contractor can make.

Payments

Collect before leaving the job site. Close the gap where receivables age and disputes start.

Job Record

Shared notes, photos and documents attached permanently, and an automatic timeline of every meaningful action. Nobody reconstructs a job from memory or a text thread.

Notifications

Reach the right person when something's genuinely waiting on them, carry enough to act on, and open straight to the record. The value isn't how much it tells you — it's how much it lets you stop watching.

A day in the life

One job, start to finish.

Here's the loop running the way it's supposed to — one job moving through a single day.

  1. 1

    A lead comes in.

A form comes in early in the morning, or the office takes the call. Either way it lands as a real record the moment it arrives — no sticky note, no inbox it can rot in.

  2. 2

    The work gets priced.

Lines pulled from the price book, right in front of the customer. Consistent margins, no math on the tailgate, no callback to quote it later.

  3. 3

    The customer approves it.

Approval creates the Job. Nobody retypes a line — the estimate becomes the work, scope and all.

  4. 4

    The dispatcher schedules it.

They open the board and drop it on a crew. It slots into the day around everything else already moving.

  5. 5

    The crew is dispatched.

The job shows up with the customer, the address, the history, the approved scope, and the notes. Everything they need to walk in ready.

  6. 6

    The work gets done.

Photos, adjusted lines, a note on the file. No signal at the site doesn't matter — it's all captured and syncs when they're back in range.

  7. 7

The invoice is built on site.

From the work actually done, before anyone leaves. Not three days later from a stack of paperwork on the office desk.

  8. 8

    The customer pays.

Card on the spot, job closed. The gap where receivables age and disputes start never opens.

  9. 9

The office sees it right away.

No paperwork drop-off, no end-of-week reconciling. It's already in the system, already reconciled, already done.

Nobody refreshed anything. Nobody sat on a dashboard. One job, start to finish — and the software never asked to be managed.

Focus

Perfect the loop first.

A product that does seven things exceptionally beats one that does forty adequately. Advanced CRM, inventory, purchasing, payroll, reporting — all of it comes later, after the core loop is solid. We'd rather nail the work that makes you money than spread thin across features you'd tolerate.
